COMPANY COMPENSATION FORM

This form is for those who want to purchase a course or courses through their company, and require a customized invoice for their company's accounting. Individuals purchasing courses on their own should use the regular purchasing process.

 

PROCESS

Step 1: If the artist has not already done so, create a free site account by clicking "Log In" in the header.

Step 2: Fill out the form below to provide us with the information to include on the customized invoice.

Step 3: We will create the custom invoice which will be emailed to the address provided below. Please be patient, we generally create these invoices once a week. 

Step 4: Pay the invoice. The invoice needs to be paid through the email using credit card, debit card, or PayPal. We do not offer bank transfers as a payment option.

Step 5: Once there is confirmation of the payment then the course(s) will be added to the artist's site account.

This is the email address connected to the artist's website account. This may be the same as the contact email.

Any additional relevant information that needs to be included on the invoice that is not covered by the previous fields.
