How can I help you? I'm Diana Cearley, a professional illustrator and art instructor. I do work with Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, and others. I served as an instructor of digital painting, life drawing, and character design at Syn Studio Concept Art School where many of my students went on to work for studios such as Ubisoft, Eidos, Atomhawk, Behavior, and EA. You set the subject for the consult. These 60-minute consults are perfect for an occasional progress check-in, portfolio review, strategizing art direction in the industry, and troubleshooting a difficult or important image. Consults are not for: ongoing teaching mentorship (we offer that in a group format), creating a long-term custom education plan for you, or a place to receive feedback to other educator's classes. If you need on-going structured teaching and feedback then register for one of the courses here on the site. DETAILS: There will be a few questions to fill out during the booking process that will aid me in understanding the points to address during the session. Sessions are not recorded from my side but you are free to record them if you wish. If you don't, I do advise having pen and paper on hand to take notes. As these are video consults, you'll need a microphone, high-speed internet, and be able to speak English or Portuguese moderately well. You are encouraged to have and use a webcam but it is not required.
