MAKE YOUR SUBJECTS FEEL VOLUMETRIC AND BELIEVABLE
You want more realism in your work but it keeps feeling flat and unrealistic no matter how much detail you try and add. The key to capturing realism, and painting believable imaginary subjects, isn't in the details. It's in the way you think about the volume of the subject, and how you shade that form to convey the depth and contours. It requires a more thorough understanding of both the behavior of lights, shadows, and awareness of the 3D form of the subject.
In this new course, Diana will guide you through this crucial topic that many artists were never taught. You'll improve your volumetric thinking, value control, and understanding of shading and lighting.
